Supporting Micro-small and medium sized Enterprises is core to our goals especially those led by Women and Youth.

These are power source & majority of our economy creating more than 70% of employment opportunities in Uganda. Through our SACCO and financial literacy program we strive towards enabling the society achieve SDG.8

We labour sometimes from business incubation, to capacity building, education, financing and helping them access market for growth and expansion.

Youth Entrepreneurship is no doubt an investment for the future, in promoting economic growth and productivity.

Our Program of SMES empowerment is a continous process of ensuring a better and descent business & work environment every single day.

Agriculture

Agriculture can help reduce poverty, raise income and improve food security for 80% of the world’s poor people, who live in rural areas work mainly in farming-World bank. 

Agriculture development is one of the most powerful tools to end extreme poverty, boost shared prosperity and feed a projected 9.7 billion people by 2050.

Agriculture is a core sector of Uganda’s economy, contributing 23% of GDI and a fair percentage of exports(48.5%). The sector also provides the basis for growth in other sectors.

Agriculture the backbone of Uganda

Our Projects in agriculture at End Poverty Uganda are designed to raise incomes, minimize agricultural loses, enhance farm productivity by mechanisation & application of latest technologies in organised farmer-communities and improve market access but also ensure sustainability and ease of factors of production.

Agri business SMES are critical to link small holders produces to national markets, meet food demand and create tomorrow’s jobs. We Advocate and ensure climate-smart agriculture and decampaign the rudementary ancient malpractices on land that in one way or the other affect the agricultural production:  Coming up
